She sanitized everything before calling me up, was kind and pleasant, I really can't say enough wonderful things about her. Wish I could remember her name. She is the kind of person that makes you smile and feel good about your day. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Tenay assisted us, she is very professional, helpful & patient.
There is quiet a bit of work as we were both doing it my husband and myself. Changing it from Alberta to Saskachewan & registering our vehicle as well. The process is so flawless, she had to wait for my husband as he went to the bank to get our banking record, part of registering process from another province. Anyway, the service we received is definitely 5star. Thanks Tenay, you are amazing & the other gal that helps explaining how the insurance works is also helpful. I will definitely recommend this place located in Confederation. Well done!

My initial experience was great, I had lots of questions about my house policy! My questions got answered and I was able to make an informed decision about which direction to go with my home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was either 2018 or 2019 when I went in to renew my registration, and at that time had a Sask ID card and not a DL. Had an out of province DL. Out of the blue, the staff dealing with me asked if I had a licence, and how was I operating the vehicle, and eventually said that I need to switch my licence over, etc etc.
I did not go in for interrogation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bill of sale here to get plates, they said they couldn't insure it because they needed the year, make, model written down on it.... well the VIN # was there and the manager said no sorry the seller needs to write the year, make, and model on the paper. Basically the VIN # wasn't enough.....
Went to LaRoche McDonald on 22nd, they took care of it right away. ?
I won't be going to cooke insurance anymore. Thanks Laroche McDonald..

The manager replied to this review and said to contact their office for further discussion... why would i do that when i had my issue solved immediately elsewhere?????
LaRoche McDonald had absolutely no problem issuing the insurance, and they are obviously also an SGI issuer.
So why would i ever go back to cooke
