★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold, slow service. Probably could have just let me go on about my day after the inspection and emailed the results, im sure freezing in a turned off car in -14 for 45 min can be avoided.

The lady who handled the process was Carol Poitras, a polite, caring, genuine, respectful, competent and highly professional adjuster. The reporting experience was so completely satisfactory I felt compelled to not only praise SGI for the structure it has created but also commend it for employing people like Carol who are outstanding at what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad and rude experience with the lady in written exam section may 2 at 3 pm do not know her name there was long line she was sitting inside all though there was long line she was having trouble speaking English she was rude and wasn’t willing to help or respond at all. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY need some mature people working there. I booked a road test, and after my appointment time, they informed me that I needed a 6×6 class before getting on the road. I asked them why didn't you inform me this earlier and they said sorry, today you can't go on road test. I wish they were a little bit polite and patient and explained to the clients properly what is all required before taking the money.

She was extremely helpful and kind very easy to deal with especially when the reason that brought me there had me stressed out. Each time I've come here staff has been polite and willing to help with whatever they can and are patient with me when I don't understand ? will be back here for sure
