You always have some emergencies or at least one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very capable mentors and teachers, with a variety of standard music classes, and some unique classes/courses the staff had a hand in pioneering themselves. For education, I'd insist, and for entertainment there's the occasional guest and/or a jam to enjoy. Have fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great teachers, specially Justin La he is always going above and beyond what is expected of him. He teaches faster and makes every dollar that you pay for is worth it! My daughter improved her piano playing skills a lot under Justin's tutelage! Highly recommended! The staff are all nice and very welcoming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clearly more motivated to take your money over teaching your child to love and learn music. They run on a very black and white cancellation policy and offer no solutions and are unwilling to problem solve when emergencies arise or even when their own instructors are the ones calling in sick. Due to getting called in to work, I had made arrangements with a friend to take my daughter to her lesson. I seen an email just over an hour before her scheduled lesson (email was sent at 3 - lesson supposed to be at 5). While ZOOM is a very useful tool in providing lessons when instructors or students cant be there in person; it is unreasonable to expect someone to make arrangements for same in an hours notice. My friend literally still uses a flip phone and my daughter is 7 with no device of her own. My attempt to communicate the situation and request a reschedule was met with a hard NO! Unprofessional and very poor customer service in my opinion. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will NOT recommend to anyone moving forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t take piano lessons with Erica. She was my son’s previous piano teacher and she had no teaching skills. She didn’t know what she was doing. She was always late for the lesson, she once canceled the lesson only half an hour before the class started and she didn’t even apologize. Everyone has emergencies and it’s understandable but at least she could apologize for the inconvenience she caused us. It was very unprofessional and impolite. My son’s class was from 12:30 to 1 and the last session we had a class with Erica, we were waiting outside the class from 12:30 to 1 for the lesson to start!! And she didn’t even let us know before!! We were waiting in the hallway for the whole time of our lesson and she didn’t even come to us to apologize! I changed my son’s teacher. I paid for a whole month and it was just a waste of money and time.
I don’t recommend Erica.??
