E	Ed Medges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the genuine pleasure of doing business here a couple of weeks ago when my wife's Toyota Matrix suddenly stopped driving after performing a u-turn. Not knowing whether it was axle-related or an issue with the transmission itself, we managed to tow it a few blocks to the nearest repair shop, which happened to be Seven Oaks Transmission. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating as we explained our predicament, but they regretfully advised us that they were booked solid for almost two weeks. Despite that, however, they said that they would try to have a quick look at it the next day to let us know what the problem was. At 10:30 the next morning Frank called me and explained that they looked at the vehicle and that a drive axle had broken and that they could have it repaired that afternoon for under $400. We were floored! At that point, they pretty much could have told us anything or charged us a great deal more money, but they were very professional, honest, efficient, and courteous. What an excellent customer experience! Thank you Seven Oaks Transmission! You have definitely gained a new loyal customer and can expect my repeat business!

Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair the issue I brought in with my Ford F150, they also correctly diagnosed two other issues (Failing U joint and rear brake pads), they correctly repaired all the issues and the Truck drives better than when I purchased it!! They were fair and concerned with pricing and showed me all the failed components! Professional and friendly from start to finish! From Frank at the front desk to Garrett, Kyle and the guys working on the vehicles they are awesome!

I’m lucky to have found this place after my mechanic of 30 plus years died. 7 Oaks is honest and knowledgeable- two of the most important things when getting your vehicle repaired. Friendly. Competent They explain things. They keep a tidy shop. Biggest things for me though were they’re honest and they know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing your vehicle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even though it feels like A long drive from where I live. A really nice place to deal with. So nice to deal with a place that you can trust. Just picked up my truck and the problem is fixed. They didn’t take advantage of me. They were both honest and competent which to me are the two essentials when dealing with car repair places. Love dealing with these guys!

I recently had to have some work done on my old 2003 Toyota Matrix AWD which was in need of some transfer case repair, I was recommended to see Bob at Seven Oaks Transmission and I am so glad I did. Right from the time I went in and spoke to the service manager Frank I was treated with immediate friendly and courteous service but beyond that speaking with Frank, Bob (the owner) and one of the younger service techs I got the impression that they really knew what they were talking about they showed me the issues and were able to find the best possible solution for my needs at the time. I was so happy I immediately brought my wife's car in as well to get her transmission service completed on her 2017 Buick Lacrosse which is a much more modern 8 speed transmission which again they were not phased by and completed a full service complete to manufacturer specs at much less then the GM dealer would have charged and for far better quality service and quick turnaround. Really cant say enough good things about these guys they are the real deal and I cannot reccomend them more highly. Will be my go to shop going forward! Coming to seven oaks transmission made my life a lot easier. They explained what was going on and why the dealership had being lying. It cost me an arm and a leg but I got what I needed fixed the first time. And afterwards the mechanic came out and showed me why the how the part was failing. This piece of mind helped a lot.

Worked with him on my last vehicle, brought it in for a costly problem but while testing they found an issue that would be even a bigger chunk of my wallet down the road. Both the owner and lead mechanic talked with me through the issues and gave me options but was honest on what would be the best solution, which was disposing of the vehicle. They saved me time and money on what they knew would not be a good long term decision unlike other places that would write it off and just take your money, fix and you repeatedly come back. Highly suggest if you need work done as I would not trust another business with my car.
