★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my starter replaced and they said they could do it but then by the end of the second day they still didn’t get the part and said it may or may not get done on the third day. The man at the desk couldn’t give me a straight answer for ANY of my questions, never kept me updated, I always had to call and inquire what was going on with my car. I ended up taking my car somewhere else before they could work on it. I don’t recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were supposed to replace wheel bearings supplied by customer... 400$ labour (not best rates in town, literally the same rate as most small private shops, maybe even on the high end) when I got car back the axle nut was stripped and brakes were still taken apart on one side.. literally the entire front wheel assembly was about to fall off... I called them and made them tow it back to look at it and they said everything was perfect on it..... brand new bearing is ruined, axle nut stripped, brakes were an easy fix, just a bolt missing. see pictures. when we got it back again there was magically a new nut on the axle and everything was tightened up proper.. talbot refuses to accept responsibility or acknowledge any of it.. beware. go somewhere else, this was a simple job and they turned the car into a deathtrap. I wouldnt even post this review if they were honest and just said, "oh no sorry about that" and fixed it.. Also they claim on the recipt that a brand new brake caliper is seized (its not, and this can be an issue if they do bad work because they will try and say you took the car back knowing it still needed repair)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with suspension problems on my driver's side (knocking) and they *fixed* the other side, and the knocking was worse. Charged 1200 waited 3 days. Went to Canadian tire 600 to fix the actual problem.. Talbot auto said my boot was ripped and was leaking.... but didn't even fix that.
