★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted with the service. I was with a friend to advocate for her as she wasn't able to express her needs to the staff regarding what she required. She asked me to advocate for her. I was told to leave and wasn't given the opportunity to assist my friend with her needs. The customer service representative was not only rude to myself, but disrespectful. I will never do business there again because of it. And other customers saw this happen to me and also said that was wrong. I suggest you treat your customers with respect and professionalism. You never know who that customer is and the future effects it can have on business. Food for thought

I've had times where the service was excellent and they've saved the day, but there have also been times where I've made the 45 minute drive only to find out they've ordered the wrong part and can't get the right one. There's a big difference between someone who knows how to look up a part and someone who knows what part they're looking for, and your experience will vary greatly depending on which person serves you.
