★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up having some issues with the fridge that we ordered (it was dead on arrival), however the Sales Manager Janet made things right for us and we were able to order a new one. We felt appreciated and taken care of. We've since gone back and ordered some barstools and a pedestal for our dryer. Overall a very good experience once things were sorted out with the defective fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person Hayley was the most knowledgeable, patient, kind and skilled at interior design I have ever met in all my years of furniture shopping. Once I told her my style she immediately knew what I wanted/needed. She is the kind of person that if she were to work elsewhere, I would shop at that store.
Too bad I won’t get my purchase for many months but that’s the pandemics fault.

However I had an issue with a little damage 2 the headboard & was given a phone # 2 call but have received no reply. Which makes me question if all they want is the sale & u out the door as quickly as possible. I have also received mo phone call or text message 2 ask how I'm enjoying the new bedroom set. I don't no what 2

We bought two mattresses from them, and the sales representative we were working with was super patient with us and our 5 year old daughter while we made our decisions. Will definitely return for future furniture purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, Danny, and I had popped into the Dufresne on Nairn Avenue just shopping around for a couch. Janet, the Sales Manager, was super helpful as soon as we walked in. She asked all the right questions and assisted us in finding the perfect sofa and ottoman, with five year warranty and delivery, all within our price range. She was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the whole interaction (we were very picky, lol!). I’d definitely recommend any of my family and friends to her and her store any day of the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Dufresne over the phone looking for a new washer/dryer pair. Was able to place the order over the phone, scheduled delivery for the weekend and they were able to remove my old machines and hookup the new ones. Very pleased with my overall experience with the sales team and delivery guys. I also loved the email and text updates regarding my order and they delivered/installed during the estimated time frame. I will be a returning customer in the future.

We were very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable customer service. We are looking forward to working with Matt again once our order arrives, and we'll definitely check out this store when buying other furniture!
