I loved how she gave me my time and even after I changed my mind on the first 2 couches I chose and she had got me pricing on, she was super cool with finding me more options in my style and price range. Turns out a couch I had loved and thought was too expensive was on sale!! Was so extremely happy. And she even found it sooner than expected for me. Also, she was so far from pushy but so overly helpful made the stress and experience so good. Thank you so much. She deserves all praise!

He did everything he could to help me. I am thankful for having interacted with him and having a very good experience. I always enjoy going to The Brick and have purchased items a few times in my life. I highly recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had bought a Queen sized Yorkdale Storage bed from this location back in November. Aurora, the associate who had helped us, was wonderful. She helped us though every point of our shopping process, answered all our questions and was easy to talk to.
As for our purchase, there was a slight manufacturing defect when we brought the bed home which was promptly replaced when we spoke to customer service. This bed is beautiful, sturdy and we are very happy with our purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started our shopping at the beginning of the week and talked to Andria who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us space to look around. When we decided that we were going to custom order she gave us everything we needed to make a final decision on the style and brand of our sofa, chair and recliner. Came in on Saturday to finalize the deal and was looked after by Benz who perfectly complemented Andria (who didn’t start till the evening) and helped us buy our new living room furniture. Would highly recommend this store.

I spoke to Chris via online chat, who was extremely helpful and connected me to Dakota right away. Dakota went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. He called me to explain the process, and the prices of each appliance. There was no pressure at all throughout the entire process and he was so patient and understanding. Thank you for all of your help!

He was also very knowledgeable. The staff at the pick up were very helpful loading my TV. We had to try a few different places in my car to make it fit but they made it work. Thanks guys.
