★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed my car’s safety because they had the wrong specs. When we told them of their error they said I was in the wrong. They finally looked at it again and realized they were wrong. I had to buy new parts and now I will have to pay out of pocket to return the parts when they were the ones who made the error. They also said my window wiper had a tear in it, but when we asked them to check again they just so happened to “not be able to find it”. Very unprofessional. Put a lot of stress onto me because I had to argue with them when they had the incorrect information. Find yourself another place to go. Do NOT shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the new management of Michael this business has gone from great to horrible. Just check the dates on the reviews. Within the last year everyone is having problems with them. I brought my vehicle in, paid for a repair and when it still made the noise they wanted me to bring it back and wanted me to pay again! Michael is very hard to communicate with and refuses to accept responsibility. This was only one of many instances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an oil change here a bit ago in May and everything seemed fine until I went to change the oil again last week, and I discovered the baffle for the oil filter housing was missing. So it wasn’t put back in from my last oil change. I went back to Midas and they claimed no responsibility and failed to reimburse me for the new piece I had to buy. Thanks Midas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a slow leak in a tire. Called and got an appointment at my requested time the same day which was nice. The staff was very friendly and personable. Not like the aloofness you get in some places. The work was done quickly and the price was right! Will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was booked at 3 pm, Saturday 04/02/22 for wheel alignment. It's going to be my first with this location. I dropped my car on time and they took my key and told me it will take 1 hr or 20 mins. I can either wait or walk somewhere and they will call me when it’s done. I went to walk somewhere to kill some time. 4:15 I received a call saying they cant fix my car? Seriously? Booked me, took my keys, i waited and wasted my time to just tell me they ran out of time? Felt like my time wasn’t respected.
In this case of poor planning, they should have told me at drop off that they were behind and gave me options not let me wander around and wait for nothing. Not happy. Don’t ever book an appointment here.
