J	Jordi Kohorst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave ZERO stars I absolutely would. Aside from the unprofessional, ignorant and rude services we received from the repugnant employee Erin. Our financial needs have been taken else where due to this person. After numerous "miscommunications" on Servus' end our business finances struggled immensely. After Erin called to inform us of these issues she followed by closing the conversation rudely with: "that's okay, we were going to be closing this account anyways." Upon calling the next day to discuss this statement as quoted, I sat on hold waiting for a representative for 78 mins. I drove to the bank during this time; only to walk into a completely empty building with 2 tellers sitting on their phones. I hung up and walked out. So wonderful to know that a small town bank such as this has zero respect or general customer care. We will NEVER be back.

There is a good vibe to this place and I trust my money in this Financial institution. Wait times are usually very minimal and the place is very quiet and relaxing not to mention spacious. I’ve been here since 2009 and my fondness for the place grows each time I come for business.

This being said, I am a new member but any encounter I have had with them was a pleasant one! I find the employees to be extremely nice and when it comes to wait times, you have to realize you're not the only one they are helping.. . I definitely recommend their services!!
V	Vaclav “Vince” Rissel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make an account as I didn't feel I was receiving the loyal treatment at my current bank, called in and told me to make one online so I did but it wouldn't process and instead said they would call me within 24 hours, it's been what a week? and still no phone call so I lost my interest and confidence and went to first calgary instead, they have better reviews for some reason and people seem to like them more so I did! Someone referred servus to me and I'm not sure why they did seeing the incompetency from that organization, I'll be sure to give them grief later for recommending such lousy company, why do you people think servus isn't BBB accredited?, there's a reason for that!
