Had a great experience today at this branch.I was struggling getting a hold of my credit card company to report a fraudulent charge and the young gentleman (I apologize I didn't catch your name) helped me reach them and figure out the whole thing despite the lineup behind me. Thank you sir for making my day so much easier!

Grandson went on a spending spree using paypal Well he ended up with a large sum of money in the negative. It was all NSF fees. The bank manager was phenomenal. She erased all the fees and explained that if there is no money in your account DONT SPEND IT. Thank you so much for helping him out

Our company U-SUE - Small Claims Court Agents has banked at this branch for many years and can't say enough good things about the staff there. We are always felt welcome there, service prompt and professional and usually no line up. For those that have had a negative experience we suggest you speak with the branch manager, whom we are certain would take steps to address your concerns

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I moved out of town and can't come in and talk face to face. They brush you off pretty quick and screen your calls. I had some critical activity happen with my account and the only one that could assist was the branch manager and she won't (says she can't but she's the only one who has the ability to do so and it's part of her job. Yes, I know what your full job entails) and just brushed me off. Then she wouldn't answer my calls. BMO call center tells me I need to speak with the Branch Manager, but she won't speak with me. I am taking my business elsewhere if they don't care about their customers.

Terrible. Working by appointment only, but it doesn't matter as Gaurav (apparently the only person working there) will book an appt. miss it, make you wait in your car for half hour before you come back to find him chatting in the lobby with a coworker. You'll then get to sit there while he talks to someone on the phone and tell you all the info you need to do what you came there for, and continually point out that you had already emailed him every piece of info (essentially went in there to have him sign and date a document and fax it in). He'll then ignore every email you send him for the next 3 weeks and not answer phone calls which go to an unmonitored voicemail. Calling BMO support is useless, because all they can do is tell you where the closest branch is (after waiting for an hour on hold). After you do manage to get ahold of Guarav (phone only) to expedite something that will normally take 48 hours (because you have already been delayed 3 weeks longer than it was supposed to take and you are told only the branch can do), you'll then be told that he can book an appt with you 4 days later... Let's hope the 48 hour original estimate is real and I can avoid going into a bank and explaining everything for the 5th time. Glad this process was only supposed to take 5 days... we are now on day 23.

Was not impressed with the professionalism conducted with the teller. She claims that she has over 13 years experience in the industry but I went in for a bank draft for $4800.00 and she made a draft for $4500.00. When I corrected her about her mistake, she made a new draft but already had taken out the $4500.00 out of my account. She never went back into my account to fix the correction. I received a phone call while I was working because of her mistake. In turn, stressed me out while I was working. With all her experience in her job, I should not have received a phone call at work. I drive a transport with my husband in a team effort to deliver necessities to everyone. No one should have to jump through hoops to correct a professionals mistake. I will not ever use this bank again for any reason. I am in the process of removing my accounts and transferring everything to an institution that will not ever put me at risk again.

slow service cause pretty much never have anyone working. A service I got done in Bmo in red deer got done no problem, but come here to ask them to do it and they claim it can't be done.... needless to say this bank and their services are always a waste of time for me and they are so useless here.

Their tellers are Stellar, Vic expedited estate paperwork that needed signing, the Manager fixed messes that Glenmore Landing created. I have nothing but appreciation for the people at this branch. I live in another town and I was treated like family. Heartfelt thanks to all. The BMO needs a better system for reaching people by phone, it isn't the people it is their AI system that needs to be more attuned to humans.
