From there I was able to make an educated decision on what direction I would like to take with my mortgage, based on my needs, not on the needs of the bank. She handled all the details, asking questions as needed, and all that was left for me to do was meet with the lawyer and sign the papers. There was no going from bank to bank and haggling over rates. I couldn’t believe the difference! I walked away feeling confident that I had the best rate and made the best choice for me, based on all the options that were available. We gave our info to Josh two weeks after we gave it to my bank and he was able to get our quote faster than the bank and gave us a better deal. Would highly recommend!!!

This was a first for me, and picking the right mortgage lender was key. He always made himself available, he answered all my calls and any questions I had during the process and I had plenty!
