E	Earl Greemfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from the staff in Val Carron is second to none but I don't have any idea why staff need to park at the front door it makes it very inconvenient for the alderly that have mobility problems but are not in the disabled state of life. there is only one handicap parking space at this location it would be nice if able-bodied people would be a little more concerned about others. (40 ft walk will not hurt the staff )
J	Justin Bergeron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated my daughter rudely when she renewed her health card...told her not to look outside after they told me to leave the area due to Covid protocol...went on service Ontario's website and submitted a complaint form...received an email a week later informing it was dealt with...in my opinion, if your servicing the public in such a manner, you need to find another job...unacceptable!!
B	Bitter Bat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of every Service Ontario building I have gone to, this is the only one that has got the task done correctly. I had my purse stolen, for 2 years I had been trying to get a health card again, with no luck anywhere hearing "You need this" or "You need that". I had finally decided to try one last place, here. And without a doubt, the woman was beyond helpful. She had a kind and positive attitude the entire time, and she was very informative. The transaction was quick and efficient. Would definitely reccomend going here.
S	Samantha Tyson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service. Never enough employees. Should not take an hour to renew a health card. And the customer service is lacking. Not the friendliest to deal with
