★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to poor planning on my part, I ran out of time and returned a tool dirty. I was met with the most disrespectful and condescending customer service I've ever endured. I respect that someone must be paid now to clean the tool, and I was willing to pay, but to be bullied and talked down to like that was unacceptable! I suggest rather than offering unsolicited philosophy lessons to others, you focus on your customer service!!! After all, that is truly all you offer as a tool rental shack!

The prices are very fair and they carry comprehensive inventory, to grt almost any job done. Although, that said, call ahead of time to reserve the required tools/equipment; some are in a constant rotation. Thanks to this establishment for getting me out of a bind more than a few times! ?
