★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still trying to get them to complete the shoddy work they failed to complete from 2017 that they double billed for. They don't answer their phone, return calls, or reply to emails. They are also incapable of determining why their work cannot pass inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the quality provided by Paramount Construction. One foundation wall is completely out of square, the quality of the concrete is poor and the crew thought nothing of discarding their garbage on the property on a daily basis. They destroyed several trees & left them as they are, they scattered other trees & logs all over the yard that were neatly piled out of the way, they smashed & buried my septic pipe and buried my septic access hatch. I am also missing tools - a long-handled sledge hammer & a rake. They often only showed up for 2-3 hours a day and then left for several days before returning to the project. A 2-week project turned into 2 1/2 months.
Actually tried to invoice me the full amount of the project plus HST for things that they did not supply or complete before taking off adjustments for deficiencies - overcharging for 20 cu yds of concrete, windows not supplied, sill plate & gasket not supplied and lag bolts either too short to hold the sill plate or they didn't install enough. Some areas had no lag bolts at all.
I have nothing good to say about working with Paramount Construction. It is time for Norm Maurice to retire. Long overdue.
