Ian was easy to work with, and we got the sense that he wanted to fix our specific problem, rather than simply replace the roof. His crew came in when he said they would, they worked hard to get the job done, and did an excellent cleanup job. Thank you, Ian.
2020 update - we needed some repairs and the restoration company that the insurance company sent in turned out to be a horror story. Ian gave us a price we were good with, and came in when he said he would. One of his subcontractors (painter) did an unacceptable job. Ian said he would make it right, and that it would only be right when we said it was right. He arranged for another painter to come in and told him to do what was necessary to make us happy. He did. Of course it would have been better if the first painter had done it right, but to me the mark of a good contractor is one who comes through when something goes wrong, since my experience is that something usually goes wrong. Ian did that. If we need a contractor again, our first call will be to Ian.
