I didn't even have an original purchase with this company and was trying to source unknown manufacturers' parts for a friend. No one else would, essentially, give me the "time-of-day." Tony Tripodi, showroom manager, sourced all the parts from photos with help from the parts department. They fit like a glove. Who does that these days? I mean...honestly? Start to finish...these guys were great!

The product, Lustro Italiano - etch and watermark remover worked fabulously. Had some etching on a shower marble step from some diluted vinegar cleaner and after 3 treatments (2-3mins ea.) the stone is back to normal!

Made arrangements to pick up our item later that week. The staff downstairs during pickup, sorry, we forget their names, but they were also very friendly and helpful. Every thing was ready as scheduled. Very happy overall. Would definitely recommend dealing with this business.
