★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the same since Peggy and Tara left. New staff is not knowledgeable, friendly nor helpful. We work 9-5, bank closes at 5. What happened to open late 1 day a week?
Very disappointing, I've delt with this bank all my adult life and for the first time, I'm considering moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eversince I transferred to this location. The staff treated me as if was an actual human being. Not like some business deal where they want to make money. Mrs McDowell was able to sense I was nervous but being professional she made me feel so welcome. It's hilarious that a manager ?that had no wrinkled shirts and dressed like she was going to church ? despite it not being on a Sunday. ???? was able to help me... plus she wasn't crabby at the wrong timing... now this is what you actual educational communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has horrible hours. I work 10 to 6. And I have to go in late if I need to do any banking. Not open at all during the weekends. Considering leaving for that reason alone. It's very inconvenient.
