J	Joel Frappier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not apply for a mortgage with this bank they took so long that we lost out on the house. The mortgage advisor was useless and so was the manager had to call an email a bunch of time just to try and get an answer out of them .

I emailed him the info he requested and never heard from him again. I emailed and called again, still nothing. After 3 weeks I talked to the branch manager and she said the mortgage specialist I was dealing with no longer worked there. And no one from the branch had the professionalism to tell me?! So they paired me up with another mortgage specialist. And this guy was so cryptic and unreasonable it was awful. Every time I brought in what he requested, he would give me another task. Couldn't he give me everything he required in one meeting? And then he went dark too! I finally got fed up and moved to another bank.

I had been in CIBC FOR ABOUT 3 years but this time thinking of switching my bank .very disappointing……

B	Brian Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get new bank card for our business account and the account person ran a credit check for our commercial account. He printed the business forms 3 times and still not correct. Wow CIBC need to better train people
