★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and staff. Only complaint is...please purchase two bags of pre mix pavement and fill those 2 craters in the parking lot entrance. Not good on the customers vehicles. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst financial institution that I have ever dealt with, with possibly the worst customer service overall. I have been waiting several months for proper follow up on an error that they created in 2018 and it still has yet to be resolved. To top that they posess no professionalism or seem to understand that they actually have to follow through on what they promise.
I am discouraged that I chose this institution to have my mortgage with, it's been nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with NCU.
