This third rate agency needs review and possible closure. Simply not what Ontarions deserve. 4 visits to complete transfer. What a shame! Looking like the Ford gov is going to do what's right and return these private business back to Gov. Services

Thank you Anna and Fran who always go above and beyond for me for years and years.. I was able to renew my identification and register a vehicle in a very quick end efficient way. Strongly recommended!

They say to customers that they are wasting their time even though customers are asking questions out of curiosity. Poor customer service. And they are out of answers to each and every questions of yours. Insulting behaviour of them and they do discriminate on the basis of the color.
