★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry is the most honest, reliable and professional person I have met in a long time. We had a mold scare which needed immediate attention and he rushed out to help us within hours.
Once he showed up, I knew we were in good hands. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and reassuring in terms of our mold issue and committed to saving us money and time when we encountered panic regarding our issue. He made excellent recommendations and provided viable options for treatment. His competitors would have charged us a premium for this level of service and analysis. Terry on the other hand, refused to be paid and provided HONEST support instead of invoicing. I declared him a big angel (he’s a big guy) and I believe he is.
Terry, thank you for being something so rare! We will share our story with all, and will never forget what you did for us in our time of need. Thank you Terry, you are beyond amazing.

Terry was discrete and empathetic, considerate of the circumstances and committed to quickly completing the service - within the next business day. Adam, the team member assigned to the job, was humble, considerate, thorough, hardworking and efficient. We were very unsure about the level of restoration possible and Adam far exceeded our hopes. I highly recommend contacting Terry for your restoration and cleaning needs and without a doubt would rehire them for any of our future needs.

This company was quick in their responses and cleaned the whole house (sanitized surfaces and fumigated using a plant-based chemical -which left the whole house smelling like thyme!-). We appreciated their timely response and their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew was amazing. The tree in front of my dad's house fell during a storm and caused damage to the steps getting into the house as well as blocking my dad's driveway. Andrew was able to quickly get the tree cleared and worked on getting the steps fixed up. Throughout the process he was frequently calling and providing us with updates on the progress of the work. Even in cases where I would need to reach him, he would answer the call and take care of our concerns. Thanks Andrew. I would recommend ServiceMaster to anyone with no hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flood on the third floor in Dec 2020 that leaked all the way to the basement. My insurance company had an adjuster that was challenging to work with through the claim. If it wasn't for ServiceMaster I would have lost my mind. They took care of everything from: stabilizing the situation by cleaning and drying everything, to the estimate for the repair, to working with the insurance company, to executing the repair. The quality of the repair was second to none - the knock down ceiling they did looks amazing and I can't tell where the hole was on the flat ceiling in the kitchen! But here is the kicker of why they are amazing ... I called Jason about a nosing that attached to the repaired flooring that started to come loose about 5/6 months after the job was done. Without hesitation he sent one of his crew who repaired it the same day. And he didn't even ask for money. ServiceMaster is lucky to have Jason - he and ServiceMaster are unique within the home repair industry. I would not hesitate to recommend ServiceMaster to anyone - they will be the first ones I call next time without a doubt.
