Jordan, Stuart and their entire energetic team responded to our emergency quickly and efficiently.
Communication has been exemplary, and they have taken everything in hand from the very beginning with professional aplomb.
As our process of cleanup and restoration continues, they have kept us informed every step of the way and continue to cover all steps necessary to ensure that our tenants health and safety is not compromised in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cottage was greatly damaged by raccoons that got into my roof and ruined all the ceilings and interior of the cottage. My insurance company sent Service Master to repair my cottage. Jordan Robbins, the project manager came down to assess the damage and at the very first meeting he told me that he would treat my cottage as if it were his own. And that is exactly what he did! He made sure that all repairs were done to perfection and my beautiful cottage was transformed into a magnificent home!!!! He was professional, always available, easy to work with and a perfectionist in every way. Most of all, he really cared. Jordan and his team were wonderful. A special shout out to Brenda #1, Gaz, Nelson, Sara, Colette, Amanda, Crystal and all the wonderful people at Service Master! You're the best!

From start to finish, Service Master, in particular Jordan and the contractors, were there every step of the way to ensure we received the best end result for our basement. Everyone was very respectful and personable and left us feeling confident that we chose the right team for the job.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and our basement looks great!

great. Michelle and her remediation team were courteous and hard workers. Jordan has been a huge help in dealing with our insurance company and managing the restoration process painlessly. The repair work is being completed in a timely manner which is amazing considering how hard it is to find trades right now. All and all a great experience.
