★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve and Richard did a tremendous job of installing a hardwood floor in our basement. They were quick but their attention to detail was excellent. No damage at all to the walls and stairs, which is a risk when installing flooring. I strongly recommend them!

When he came to our home to look at the project and put together a quote, he was so thorough in answering our questions, easy to talk to, helped us understand the project fully, presented us all our options and provided great suggestions. The quote we received was accurate to the final invoice, and his pricing is more than fair for the quality of work provided! Great value for a reasonable price. His quote is incredibly detailed and even shows you various ways you can save money by DIY'ing some aspects of the job yourself if you wanted to; which as first-time home buyers working on a budget, this was really appreciated.
Work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner, Steve and his team show commitment to the job, that they care about providing great service and work. Professional and detail oriented. Would absolutely have Steve and his team back to complete any flooring projects we have in the future. Thank you for the great work, we love it! The beautiful flooring has us excited to get started on the rest of our home projects, including our kitchen refresh. Photos are of before and after, but don’t do it justice to how great it looks in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve is the person you want installing your hardwood floors. He's professional, shows up on time, clearly cares about the work that he does and is exceptionally good at it. His "old school" work ethic and commitment to quality are exactly what I has hoping to find when I went looking for someone to install such an important element of my home.
My house isn't all right angles and level floors but Steve put in the extra effort to make those undesirable features much less obvious. I couldn't have asked for a better result.
I also appreciate Steve's good-nature. No matter what challenges the installation presented, he remained positive and upbeat.
Steve is one of the good ones. Consider yourself lucky of you can get on his schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had vinyl flooring installed in our living/dining area and we are extremely happy with our experience.
From start to finish, the interaction with Steve was nothing but professional and positive.
He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of flooring and he answered all of our questions professionally and with thought. He even provided information about things that never would have occurred to us making us very comfortable in moving forward with him. He provided an estimate with different options and it was up to us to decide whether we wanted them or not. He was more than willing to do the job that we wanted done and not once did we feel like we were being pressured into getting a floor that was beyond what we initially wanted. No hidden extras either.
The installation itself went very smoothly with himself and his assistant working professionally and diligently throughout the entire job. They answered any questions we had while they worked and were always willing to stop and take the time to explain things to us.
When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn't even know that they had been here except for the fact that our old, gross looking carpet had been replaced by the most amazing new flooring...the pictures do not do it justice.
We would definitely recommend Steve and his team to anyone needing work done and we would not hesitate in the least to use them again ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve and his team did a great job! We wanted to replace the flooring throughout our 1600 sq ft bungalow. This involved removing carpet, hardwood and tile throughout and replacing with luxury vinyl. It also required levelling of a significant hump in the floor.
We chose Steve because he was so knowledgeable and thorough in answering our many questions and helping us understand the scope of work we were undertaking.
Steve demonstrated flexibility in his approach as we discovered various challenges along the way, and he found creative solutions to get the job done (including removing and reinstalling the whole kitchen!).
Steve’s team also replaced all our baseboards and he brought in a contractor to replace our interior doors and window and door trim. Steve is reliable, professional, detail-oriented and easy to work with. The end product is spectacular. I recommend him unconditionally.
