★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I’ve had Barrie ChemDry rescue me from my cat’s bad decision. I’m amazed at how completely the odour and stain is removed. As an added bonus, having them available the following day was hugely appreciated! Both the service on the phone and the tech who came in were very knowledgeable and pleasant. They have my complete trust but hopefully won’t have to use the service again because of my cat. Lol

Samantha, who schedules your appointment, will answer any questions you may have. She is knowledgeable, professional and super sweet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chem- Dry Simcoe has been my go to carpet cleaning company for years. Recently, my son accidentally spilled a thermos of hot black tea all over my white living room carpet. It was so bad I worried that the carpet would need to be replaced. Kevin appreciated how distraught I was and patiently worked at the stains until they were removed. I appreciate the measures he takes to protect floors and furniture while he is working. I highly recommend Chem- Dry Simcoe for regular cleaning and for those unexpected difficult jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Chem Dry on Hart Drive for my carpet. 6.5 by 9.5 ft, the price was certainly fair, the job they did was excellent and in the time quoted. The receptionist was excellent, informative, polite, answered all my questions and concerns. And has such a bright and cheerful personality, she was a joy to deal with. ( and a great sense of humour). I would both refer and use them again hands down!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Chem-Dry after a flood in my basement. Kevin was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained the best course of action. The next day the mold was treated, a new section of underpad was installed and the carpet was expertly cleaned. The carpet looks brand new and it smells fresh without and musty smell. Great work in a timely manner.

Both the receptionist and Kevin were friendly and helpful. The off white carpets looked like new after he was finished. I definitely would use Chem-Dry services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Chem-Dry for over 20 years for carpet cleaning and recently used them for our ceramic tile cleaning. As usual the result was excellent. They are top professionals. Kevin has wonderful staff and he is great to deal with and we are always completely satisfied with the work done. The tiles and grout look like brand new. We can't recommend them highly enough.
