The staff are super friendly and always there to answer questions and get our items so clean they look brand new again! Lets be honest not all pesky stains come out over the years, but Simcoe Carpet has never let us down. If anything needed extra work or didn't fully come out we were always made aware with what steps we would like to do next. I highly recommend this family run business

We had our 5x7 living room area rug cleaned after our late diabetic cat had urinated on it multiple times. They restored our rug back to life, it’s scent free and looks brand new. Simcoe Carpet is affordable and very knowledgeable about how to get the job done. We defiantly recommend you give them a try for all your carpet cleaning needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very happy with Simcoe upholstery and carpet. They were on time, informative and accurate. They gave me a quote over the phone and it did not change. They managed to get rid of a few pet stains that have been around for a few years because of training a puppy. The carpet through out the house is somewhat old but it looks new. They told me 2 hours and they were there for only 2 hours
