★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My niece flipped her car into a ditch recently and Cormier's was called. A cold and windy night but our driver, Don I believe is his name, was so patient with us. The window had broke and her things had been scattered on the ground. He took the time to get a flashlight and look for her things and return them to the car. So kind. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago, my husband locked his keys in the car. He was freaking out until Rob arrived (within 20 mins of the call ending!). Rob not only did the job in 1-2 minutes, but also changed my husband's life. I kid you not. Rob was SO kind, funny, caring and genuine that it brought my husband to tears on the way home. We have been talking about Rob daily ever since.
Donald, please value this employee! He goes WAY above & beyond his job description.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my mom sadly put her car in the ditch.
Not only did they help pull her out, the person who came to her aide, she doesn’t recall his name unfortunately, but he checked to make sure her car was drivable as she had a 200 km drive home.
He didn’t price gauge, (she has been gauged in the past and it’s awful) and was so kind to help reassure her it was ok.
If we lived in the area we would recommend this establishment all the time, but since we don’t I had to put something here to let people know how great the people at this business are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had an unfortunate accident on Monday evening. The officer there gave a couple choices of tow trucks B&B or Cormier...I should have went with B&B.
When they neglected to tell us that we would need to sign a waiver to release the truck from their compound, we found out 3 days later. I took time off work to drive there and sign the waiver. The next day they tell me our insurance company has to release it. Now the shop authorized to do the repairs has to go and get it and bring to the repair shop. The fee to get it out of Cormier's yard is....wait for it...$1073.00. I am going insane and so stressed by this ordeal. These people must have a special license to print money. What a broken system...
