I went to Seray Auto Inc, this morning to buy some parts for my Hyundai. The agent at pats dept, Mr Alexander Poirier was absolutely courteous and helpful answered ALL my questions with utmost patience & politeness. A big thank you to the service department. My ioniq electric was not even purchased here but I had nothing but courteous, rapid and knowledgeable service over the past months when I had to take in the vehicle several times due to problems dating back to the dealership who sold me the vehicle with hidden damages.

It took 3 business days and the weekend despite an appointment to fix a water pump. It also cost $900 for the water pump, belt, adjusting the tensioner, and refill. Plus the diagnosis it all cost $1500 which is ridiculous. I am less than impressed with the service. I also had to call myself to get updates in what they were doing over the 3 days and why it was taking so long.

I purchased my very first car here late last year. I was very excited to finally own a car. The car I went to see was dusty because it had just arrived and had not been cleaned, which was fine with me. A week later when I picked up the car, it was all cleaned up, and that was when I noticed a large crack on the front bumper. It was probably my fault to have missed the crack. I was not experienced in purchasing cars. In fact, I assumed significant damage like that would have been noted by the salesperson. In my humble opinion, the crack was significant enough that the salesperson should have mentioned or offered a discount. The crack ran the whole width of the bumper on the right side. It was not a small scratch. I wouldn't have bought the car at that price knowing there is a large crack, because I will have to replace the whole bumper costing a lot of money. The entire time I dealt with the salesperson, there was no mention of it. At the end of the day, it's just a cosmetic damage; but this experience taught me a valuable lesson: never trust a salesperson and check every single little detail yourself. On a side note, the financial director should mention that there are 3 tiers of extended warranty, instead of pushing the most expensive(Premium Plus). I was told of only one warranty before signing a contract, and it was when I went to pay for the car, I was told the insurance was Premium Plus.
