★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate shopping in general and particularly, for shoes. Today I dropped in to look at Blundstones. Excellent service and advice from the young lady there. And she had a great suggestion for my pronation issues with my older Merrells. We'll certainly be back as we love our downtown!

But after my last visit there during covid times i will never again return there. The manager and sales lady were unbelievably rude.. i tried to get through the shopping experience and spend money there but in the end i just couldn't do it.

The woman was extremely rude with me and kept saying I probably wouldn’t get my return from the company anyways, though I followed all protocols and the company themselves assured me I would. She was an owner too! Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a decent experience (after waiting 1/2 hour to get in) buying the shoes but my doctor said I couldn't wear them (have foot/ankle problems) and their return policy is horrible. The shoes have never been worn and they're still brand new in the box but because it's been 16 days, I'm over their 14 day return. Get with the times... we're living in a pandemic and not everyone can make it back in time. They also won't make a medical exception on 2 days. Definitely won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude sales lady. Nitpicked on how high my mask was, but didn’t even say hello or ask me if I needed help. Called owner and gave feedback with an intent to share info, not to be rude or demanding and he was super rude and defensive back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could comment on the customer service, but it was non-existent. Went in 2 days ago looking for 2-3 pairs of dress casual shoes. Price literally did not matter. Aside from the employee opening the velvet rope and trying to put hand sanitizer on my baby, there was no help from any staff. They did not even say "Hi". There were 3 or 4 employees working that day - they simply stood on the other side of the store, silent, staring at us. Never offered help or said 2 words to us. We were the only customers in the store. Will not give this place another chance.
