★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to order a board for 3 weeks now, they never answer the phone, never call back when you leave a message and if you call the store when they are busy, they are friendly but tell you to "call them back if they forget to call you as they are busy with customers in the store" During a pandemic, take ALL business that comes your way, not just walk in traffic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor return policy. I received a $35 toque for Christmas and it was too small for my head. I went back today with my grandmother to exchange it and even in perfect condition with the tags on and the same hat in the window display they wouldn’t take it back. The lady at the front said their Christmas return policy ended 2 days before and suggested I try to resell the hat online. I asked when I could come back to speak to the owner and was told the owner hardly ever comes in so I couldn’t talk to them.
Overall the return policy is unfair, the front end staff were condescending, and the prices are high. I love shopping local on firth street when ever I can but I will never shop here again.
