★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in last weekend after having zero customer service at Searles. Zero service here as well aside from the employee opening the rope barricade. There were multiple employees that were not occupied or with other customers, but instead of saying hi or offering assistance, they just stared. Very unfortunate. We've had nothing but phenomenal service at the Campbell River location though.

Chantal made everything so easy, pulling together different styles to find what worked, looked good and felt comfortable. Thanks to Chantal and the rest of the staff for being so patient and helpful.

Their clothes are of good quality, so I don't get to shop there very often. I was there last Friday for the first time in close to a year. I got greeted by my name as I was coming in. And when I was trying to recall my sizing for dress shirt, one of their team member appeared with perfect timing to politely remind me of my sizing from the last few time I was in.
Not sure how they swing it, but it makes for an A+ shopping experience. And I know that the clothes will last me.

These guys are great at what they do and you can tell they enjoy it from how they interact with customers. Thanks for making the experience quick and awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is a little late in coming as I got married on Dec. 10th, but every day I remembered the patience, kindness, and impeccable professionalism of Nathan, who helped me in my hour of need. My now husband and I decided last minute to do our ceremony in BC at his mom's house. Moore's was unable to help me because they sent their alterations out to Ontario. I emailed Jim's Clothes Closet and Nathan very quickly got back to me and told me that yes, he could take measurements for tux rental via email. I measured my husband with a paper tape from a pharmacy and got the measurements to him, and Nathan got immediately back to me asking which tux options I would like. Everything, from start to finish, was easy and gave me great peace of mind! I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

Sean helped us and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire experience enjoyable! All other staff were incredibly friendly and efficient as well.
We were in a time crunch, but the sales team laid out our options, and managed to get the needed suit shipped and tailored with great speed. Do wish they had mirrors in the fitting rooms, but all around fantastic place!
We will definitely go back for any future needs and would definitely recommend everyone else go too!
