The skis I ordered have been delayed due to shipping hold ups caused by flooding and covid, but Jade was very accommodating and extremely helpful as he was motivated to get me on the slopes as soon as possible. Highly recommend ordering any ski/board equipment from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience today and I wanted to thank Cam for his knowledgeable and patient service. I was at mt Washington and was struggling to find rental boots that fit my wide calves. Cam made sure I found a comfortable boot so I could join my family on the hill. We booked an extra night so we can go back up to the mountain tomorrow. I m pumped. Thanks Cam! And thanks Ski Tak Hut, I m so glad you were open and available today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and prices. Got some rental skis at half the price of the ski hill with no line ups and better service. Parking in the back alley for the rental shop too. Service for the rental sizing was great, and the staff upstairs were friendly and helpful also.

Josh was so knowledgeable and helped me find the best gear for the type of skier I am. There was no pressure to buy and I felt really happy with the whole experience. Excellent staff, great prices and products. Highly recommend for an overall great buying experience.
