★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic park to do a day trip to. There is space for fishing and for swimming. There are washroom facilities and picnic tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for most of my life. We always had family birthdays here, and it's a nice quiet place to swim or just sit and watch the water. It does however need a bit of work on the wooden walkways, and with the water being so high lately, it's washed out a lot of the beach, so the stairs need to be rebuilt.
