★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hottub was broken and the manager was terrible. Absolutely the worst manners ever. The pics are old and the place sure dint look as nice as the pics. I would stay anywhere else!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at this hotel on feb 21st, they had no heat it was -3 with a massive wind. I fell asleep and could see my breath in the morning. I talked to the front desk, they explained that someone forgot to turn it on lol. No discount on the night, no offer of a reduced rate next stay. Lots of options in squamish! Choose another!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great! This place was the perfect stop over on the way to Whistler. They have an excellent little café for breakfast and a terrific craft beer place for dinner. Rooms are clean and everyone super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daytime person at front desk when we checked in was awesome! What a change a day makes! He was rude and condescending the next morning when we complained about the A/C not working and asked about the TV. When asked questions- which he obviously didn't want to answer his response was "you can go to another hotel". QUITE RUDE.
Hotel needs to look at doing a soft close on the hotel room doors. The slamming of the doors is loud enough to wake the dead!!
Do not stay here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me 2 times the amount I was originally told upon arrival. When checking out the manager called me cheap for being upset about it. The Power constantly went out, had 0 room service for a 2 week stay. You should definitely never stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a LOW BUDGET hotel. We stayed here for New Years because Whistler was sold out . Sadly, this hotel has been converted into a housing project where people can LIVE for weeks on end (spoke to a gentleman from the Squamish nation in the elevator who was currently residing here).
The front desk is non existent . For $240 a night, this is a total rip off. The rooms are cold and bare and the lobby is covered in hand written notes and pretty dirty.
We love hotels and local stays but this is low income housing (feel free to confirm this with front desk) and we will never return.
