I moved my account from the Scarborough branch to his branch solely cause of his services. He has a wonderful and relaxing personality. I trust him.

We went their to transfer our daughter's RESP from TD to scotiabank,since half of the amount it's not matured yet, she told us " it's a lot of paperwork to do." Whattt? It's her job. We're so disappointed. And she's not friendly at all.
k	k w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I leave messages for the financial advisor and do not hear back for days (at one point it was three voice messages and then I gave up, no call back and no response to my email so I took my business elsewhere). Very disappointed with the managers too. Unless you’re giving that branch big business they couldn’t careless about customers. The tellers are great though.

I saw two reps come look at the line and then go to the back again. A manager or supervisor is just standing behind the two reps and no one even considers opening another till to help move this line. Worst service ever.
K	Kenya Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give 0 stars, this bank is HORRIBLE. they froze my account and closed it with my money inside because of a mistake with my cra. I have now been waiting 4 days for an answer, every day calling with nobody having an answer for me. ALL my money is locked in my account not only is the manger Amanda extremely unprofessional,but rude she interrupted me multiple times and threaten to hang up on me.
N	Nadine J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really unfortunate to have to leave this review because the tellers here are great and ive never had any issues. However, I hold 2 mortgages with Scotia, one for an investment property and another for my home. I have had mortgages with them since 2016. Due to personal circumstances I had to sell one of my properties, and went to Scotia to politely ask whether anything could be done about the mortgage discharge fees (fees not penalty) as I am a loyal customer. I met with Kassiani Nikiforidou and she was terrible. She was rude and condescending, speaking with me in an almost mocking tone, and making comments which I won't bother repeating here which just made me feel inferior and stupid frankly. Super unprofessional. She even canceled the appointment on the system AFTER we met, probably so I wouldn't get a customer satisfaction survey. What a way to manipulate the system. Needless to say, due to this interaction with Kassiani, i won't be renewing my mortgage with Scotiabank nor using them for any future investment properties or business banking needs.
