My fiance and I just moved to Whitby and this was our first trip to this TD bank location. I have banked with TD for 15 years but I have never received such amazing customer service. The advisors and the tellers were amazing, friendly, inviting and supportive. I couldn't be happier to be moving into a neighbourhood with such amazing people.

This location is by far the slowest and not well managed TD bank I've been too. If you have 8 to 10 customers in line with only 2 tellers you should either get more tellers helping customers to reduce the line up or if short staffed HIRE more ppl. I was waiting in line and was fed up and just left on my lunch break which is only 30 minute. I assumed i would be in and out in 5 minutes. I was actually in line for 10 minutes and left. NOT a good TD location to do your banking. Bi-bye

Review for the individual branch, in its own inherit merit. Not TD as a worldwide entity, nor its separate divisions (i.e. TD auto loans). A prison visit reception was given. Not in my honor, but instead in honour of COVID19. Which, in the 'early days' was the wild West of viral transmission abatement. So, no harm, no foul. I was kindly met by an associate whom was very patient with the annoyances that come with my disability. He was also very fastidious and concrete with explanations regarding account types and the fees associated. Good experience, no checks, bummer. Since that inaugural visit, our nascent relationship has grown. I've always felt respected and well cared for entering those glass-double doors. The kindest people are hired, I swear. Always willing to walk you through anything that troubles the mind. Or, give advice and offer cheaper or more convenient options. COVID: One way in, one way out. So don't think the handicapped parking will do you any favours. In the street side, it the parking side. Masks required, hand gel placed hand-ily and often. Acrylic separators at counters. 6' increments demarcated along the floor.

Excellent customer service. Matthew and Raj were a great help. I could see there was training involved, the patience and assistance Raj had with Matthew and helping a customer was outstanding. I live in ajax and will now do all my banking at this location. Great job guys. This is what a bank experience should be like.

My first bank account was with this branch in 1983, I still have it but over the last ten years I've had nothing but conflict and stress whenever i visit. It's now at the point where I honestly believe someone there is messing with my accounts because I've had to jump through the same hoops over and over. Passive aggressive things like address changes needing to done three times and signing authorities going missing every time I try to contribute to my kid's RESPS. After ten years of negative experiences and curtness, I had enough today. I contacted TD and said I was leaving, they said "We'll talk to you in 2 days". There is no sense of customer loyalty at this branch, it is apathetic and they don't even respect you enough to call a customer back. Goodbye forever.

I had to come to this branch as my online account was locked and that I could not give right answers to give authenticity. To give the details would be time consuming and probably you won't need, but what's relevant to you is that this branch doesn't care about your private information being just taken without the consent of the customer. Also, the Branch Manager is just authoritarian and impose her point of view. I feel sorry for those who entrusted their money to this branch to manage as they are subject to this totalitarian regime.

Had to go back a number of times for my kids youth accounts as they couldn't get them set up correctly. My daughter went in to replace her lost bank card and they did not allow for withdraws. When she went in to get it fixed they told her her to call the 1-800 number. They also wouldn't allow me to deposit money into my son's account even with his bank card.

Manger set up an account for my son, wrong type of account was opened and they’ve been taking large amounts of money from him every month in fees because of her mistake. Terrible customer service. No one at this location knows what they are doing including the managers. This location needs new management! UPDATE In regards to TD’s response - This conversation will be continued next week at our apt with head office. Your branch will not continue to steal money off a 14 year old!
