★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxed atmosphere. Was able to talk with a loan officer within minutes. maybe it's my chiseled good looks, or possibly my pathetic physical state at the time.
Very fastidious officer. Abviouly serious about lending, and more importantly he genuinely seemed to be working for me.
What a novel concept. All the face cards were turned over and nothing was omitted. Far different then my last experience with financing in a soon to be defunct car dealership.
No slight of hand, no abuse, everything actually disclosed.
Very fine gentleman was patient with my memory wrestling and speech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service! 3 agents are talking to 1 customer and no one cares about the rest of people standing in line. No acknowledgement whatsoever to the people standing in line. Had to leave after wasting my time! Will not go there again.

Everyone from the Branch Manager John to the financial advisor Sohail was helpful friendly and accommodating. I definately recommend this branch for your everyday banking needs. Keep up the the great work guys.

Branch Manager (John) will help out when the queue gets busy & always pleasant to deal with. They really do go above & beyond for everything. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful and I am very grateful for their customer service and how they looked after myself and my wife. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohammad a staff in training FSA did such an excellent job on-boarding me on CIBC, especially after I decided to move on from my previous bank because of poor customer service. I was really pleased with Mohammad's quick thinking, hospitality, nice service, above all he met all the requirements I needed from a bank, he gave me insights about the different products in CIBC that would fit my need, great knowledge about the vast services of the bank. I would also like to acknowledge the manager John, who was supervising Mohammad in the branch he was also very kind, supportive to his colleagues, and he was also very customer-centric. Really proud of the people in this branch! Great customer experience overall!
