★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why they’re rated so low. This was so much better than any other TD I’d been to. No lines and they take your full situation into consideration instead of brushing you off to hurry you up. Good branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a call from an advisor on Monday, have called back three times and they are never in the building. Have been assured I will receive a call back, it is now Friday. This branch does not seem to care at all about its customers. Would definitely recommend driving to another branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened a new business account with the branch and few days later I asked if I can get few free cheques. I was told that they only offer free cheques when I open a new account and because my account was open a month ago I did not qualify. On top of that I always had issues receiving wire transfer. Asked to speak with a business specialist to resolve this issues, the teller provided a phone number of a business advisor who works from home. Called the number few times with no response. I was left with no choice but to close my account with TD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank I’ve ever went to, the staff is really rude, they take forever even if there’s 10 of them standing around, it seems like everyone here has their heads in the clouds! I would not recommend!

Went in there for a relatively simple matter, and was being screamed at into making an appointment, which I then cancelled due to blatant disrespect I received. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay far away from this branch and it's incompetent employees, had I known they had were such a poor rated branch, I never would have went. Learn how to speak to your customers in proper and respectful manner instead of having immature and tactless employees representing your branch.

The waiting time for the teller is so long and I only saw a trainee working (and I wasn’t asked if I have enough time to spare for participating in the training). I expected more from TD and am happy to take my banking elsewhere.
