well, i went there twice for applying a new credit card. when i walk into the branch they dont have anyone could help with that right away. So with the staff's help they scheduled two appointments for each walk in. Every one is so friendly when they talk to you and ask the information. but somehow there was no follow ups....sadly i still not getting any credit card yet. just opened a account. i am self-employed. so for no longer waiting. i just applied an RBC credit card instead. faster

One staff member didn't really know what she was doing and couldn't help me until I worked it out for her. Very frustrating, what could have been a 5 minute interaction turned into a 30 minute interaction.

Visited the branch 2 times to open an account and get it setup correctly as it was done incorrectly the first time. Visited another 2 times for a loan for education which I was told to return when I have a job? Why do you have student loans and lines for credit if you can't get them without a job and you won't consider a cosigner? The person assigned did not know how to use the software and every-time he ran into a snafu he simply stopped the appointment there so he could talk to his manager. Basically did everything he could to deny financing for my education, I will not be returning to this branch.

Teller was very rude and unfriendly.She was very nice to the gentleman whom she first served before me. But, when it was my turn, she gave me a stern look and talked to me as if i was so below her. Very unapologetic to the situation i tried to tell her.The way she dealt with me gave me the impression that i was not a valuable customer. I felt discriminated from her demeanor towards me.Lady, dont judge your custumers by what they wear,how they look, if it is not the skin color you expect in front of you or how they speak.Very poor work attitude.

5 stars for Susan Uwaifoh. She was great and helped my sister setting up her GiC account. She also helped me through my Line of Credit process. Thank you again.

Doaa (who I believe is the manager) was the rudest most ignorant person I have ever met. She treated the customer in front of me poorly and myself even worse. I was appalled at her lack of knowledge and how rudely she was yelling at me in front of other customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting attitude.

Doaa, ( Manager if not wrong ) was the rudest person i ever met. Thank you for insulting me in front of 5 Customers. You’re the reason me and my girlfriend are switching to different bank. I wonder why the branch is not taking necessary action against her when there are so many complaints in her favour.

As mentioned by various people, Doaa, who i think was the manager was the rudest person I have ever met. She was doubting with my own money and wanted to see my ticket because I was travelling and needed cash. If she is interacting with more & more customers this branch will run out of business soon. There’s a branch or two nearby, recommend going to them instead of coming here. She should leave the job as she clearly hates it. I will also be emailing corporate as a follow up on this review to see what is being done with employees who don’t know how to treat customers.
