★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, we were asked what we needed we said that we needed to deposit a large amount, and open an account with your bank, they spoke among each other and asked which account do we need to open and after hearing the type of account being "Student" they rejected us and said sorry, no one is available. If no one was available, the conversation should have ended from the gecko. We ended up going to TD Canada Trust Bank by Creditview Road to open our account, they had extended hours and excellent customer service to serve our needs quickly, and went above and beyond in assuring that our needs were met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given our general situation, most bankers and many others work from home. However, if you call this Bank for anything at all, you are always put on hold for over 30-40 minutes or longer and then, the representative is unable to assist you in most cases and gives all kinds of options. At the end you regret for making that call. Sadly, for those of you, who may not know, you may very well be directed to a representative in Mexico or Columbia. Not so nice a feeling at all to know that our confidential information is exported without our permission. Does this mean we have no Canadians capable of serving the needs of bank's Canadian Customers on our own home soil? Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the branch to speak to a small business advisor named Chirag. I was quite disappointed & very upset as he never returned back my calls nor did he reply to the emails I had sent which ultimately had compelled me to visit another branch. However I had spoken to the branch manager at Erin mills today about it.He was kind & mentioned that he would take care of it.
Honestly we as customers give business to the financial institutions & in return just need good & satisfied services with a SMILE.
The financial advisor in Retirements .. Renita was not interested to talk much in details , was in a rush & wanted to get over it ASAP . She neither handed me a copy of my signed documents nor sent me a confirmation email on my upcoming appointment. She advised me to visit another branch which I felt was completely baseless as I told her I usually visit this branch being closer to home. Truly a bad experience with her but the tellers here are really polite & always smiling .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not visit this branch. It is waste of your time. The tellers/managers at this branch don’t have any knowledge about basic processes of the bank and are always finding excuses to not resolve customer issues at the branch. They will always tell to call customer support or visit home branch. I also noticed regular customers got preferential treatment over others. I have visited this branch twice to activate my dormant business account, however, they were quickly dismissive and were unable to provide any solution. The manager also told the teller not to spend so much time on resolving issues. I went to a different branch (3000 Thomas st) and they were able to resolve my issue within seconds.
