★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience Ever for International Money Transfer. I did a transfer from personal banking and waited for two weeks. I visit the Bank for 3 times and they confirm it is already delivered. I call 3 times and the last thing happens they send my money with recipient name so the money on hold in destination country after ONE Month of struggling to send the money. What brought my attention is while COVID Pandemic, they replace employees without giving the new hire a proper training. This bank was great but now is the worst.

We recently moved and thought to make this location our new home branch but after reading these reviews I’ve decided to make the drive to our old RBC. I’m not interested in headaches with people these days … I appreciate everyone’s feedback

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the WORST RBC location. The drive through ATM always has issues every other week/ is out of service, the ATM always crumbles & spits my money back out, the parking lot is disastrous as there is never any parking & it's crammed, and there is ALWAYS a line up to speak with a teller- which doesn't help if the ATM isn't working and there isn't parking. Very inconvenient location & service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line 20 minutes to deposit rolled coins and was told by a teller that they could not take it as it would take too long to check the rolls. I bank at td as well and went there instead, they checked all my rolls in front of me and took less than 10 minutes. The teller I got was an older man and seemed he did not want to do the work of checking my coin. What bank doesnt accept money a client is giving them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came out of a meeting there. BEHRAM IRANI was absolutely horrible. Mean, unfriendly, impatient he made us feel like we were an annoyance more than anticipated else. No help at all and left me horrified, really. I can't believe even after all the negative reviews, he is still serving customers. I can't help but wonder if he treats all clients like this or if it was just us younger-looking, people of colour. Will definitely escalate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank for customer service. Alway a long line up and the tellers are rude . The service needs to be more customer oriented. Please change the management of that branch . Or open back the branch on Britannia/ glen Erin to avoid this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get some help regarding my compromised credit card and the bank teller was incredibly rude. He didn’t even listen to me and immediately told me to just call the number. When I said ok and asked to just deposit my cheque instead he told me to do it on the app and I told him I already tried but it wasn’t working, he seemed really annoyed. I usually have great service at most RBC banks and this one was the worst experience by far.
