A	Ashish Mahajan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers and sellers BEWARE! Terrible buying experience. We closed a property represented by a realtor (Salman Jamill) as the seller's agent. They did not respect the cleaning clause and the property was left in really bad shape. There were USED Covid Masks, dirty SOCKS, UNDERWEAR, RUGS etc. left on the property when we walked in. Our lawyer and realtor have been trying to contact them but they have been unresponsive as the closing is now done. I understand that's it's a hot market but nobody should be so unprofessional when dealing with such high value transactions.

It feels like you are a member of really supportive family, starting with the front desk staff that always greet you and your phone calls even if they are very busy . Sabiha and David always dedicates their times even after hours helping to sort out matters down to a very minor ones. Elizabeth is one of the best family member she is the one who can really make miracles happen never stop offering her help no matter how busy she is. She had a very large knowledge about most of the realtor’s tasks , responsibilities and their legal duties. I can’t forget about the trades team how great and patience are, they always follow up with us to keep all our transactions records in place . Last but not least the rest of the family are wonderful including the agents it’s Been a while that we haven’t had a real live meeting yet waiting for the pandemic to end so we can get back together.

We had to tell him to correct the listing description as he didnt mention many important factors. He didn't follow my instructions at all..made me feel uncomfortable when I was finishing staging which by the way i had do myself as he didn't offer to help. He said that his photographer was waiting outside for 10 min already and he's paying for his time....that agent made $60 000 with us and was crying about photographers fee. After the papers were signed we never heard from him again.. I should have listened to 2 other people that said not to go with him as they had a very similar experience.
