My house wasn’t as updated as the last home that sold just a month ago but she still managed to sell it for a lot more. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and guided me through the whole selling process. She is an excellent negotiator. The entire team's professionalism, enthusiasm and high standards of work ethics really shines. You are in good hands if you decide to sell your house with Cynthia and her team.

We are currently in Boston and had to look for a place remotely-but Cynthia was clear in setting us up to find listings and answered all our questions. Stacey was our primary contact for virtual tours and putting in offers for a lease. Apartments were going super fast, but Stacey was always on it and thanks to her we got our top choice! (there were 6 offers on this place, but Stacey was on it 24/7 so we got our offer through). Would highly recommend.

They helped us find a rental and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them then. We have now just bought our first home through them, with Dakwan as our agent. He is an ABSOLUTE GEM! He is so kind and patient and responded quickly to all of our questions. He managed to get our offer looked at before offer day and we almost lost the house when another buyer joined the party. He negotiated for us and got our offer accepted late on a Friday evening after a full day of back and forth. His communication skills are excellent, he kept us updated through the entire process, even if it was just to say that there was no news. It’s also great that he’s funny and made us laugh through it all :D Also loved the gift we got from the team, thank you!
