K	Kevin Collins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want someone to actually listen to what kind of hairstyle/haircut you want, then I highly recommend to NOT GO HERE. I went a total of two times, the first I asked for a haircut for only a trim but they ended up absolutely butchering my hair. That was about a year ago, so I decided to go and try again but with a different person to get a haircut/style in case the first experience was just a fluke. Although the second time was worse than the first, the women did not do anything I asked for and basically just did what she wanted to. I showed her multiple pictures and confirmed with her multiple times the haircut I wanted. In the end it was nothing how I wanted it to be and the customer service didn’t do good either since they did not reply to my email. So if you want an actual haircut of your choice PLEASE go somewhere else, they’ll make your hair nothing how you want it to be. You’ll just end up being disappointed.

I was referred to Cate for the colour and upon contacting Scissors, they were very quick to schedule a consultation between me and Cate. I showed Cate my vision and explained to her that I had scalp psoriasis so would prefer that the dye not touch my scalp. She said no problem! I can't tell you the level of care Cate, Janal and Angela took with my scalp. I have never experienced such care and professionalism at a salon before. I couldn't be more pleased! So here I am with vibrant colours in my hair and exactly what I wanted. Thanks to the wonderful team at Scissors for doing something I never thought could be done!

My regular stylist is Lynn -every time I see her it is like visiting an old friend. She is excellent at her craft- she has taken care of style and colour for me when I wanted it. And now as I age…as I need it (bye grey!). Love the location, al the staff, and especially Lynn. Thank you!
