★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to write review but I've never had my eyebrows done so poorly before. I went in quick on my lunch break and she asked what I wanted done and I just asked her to clean up my eyebrows everywhere. She proceeded to do one wax strip between my eyebrows and a strip on each eyebrow WELL BELOW my arch. I could feel she wasn't anywhere near my arch but then I felt her plucking a bit after, assuming she was cleaning the rest up. She didn't trim them or wax the top of my eyebrows either. She put on a bit of cream, put a large magnifying mirror in my face quickly for 2 seconds in which they looked ok.. I got out to my car to look and realized that wax had still been left on my one eyebrow and that nothing had been cleaned up. I had some tweezers in my purse so I ended up basically plucking them all myself anyways. I would've gone back in to get them dealt with however I had to get back to work. Also, I could understand if the salon was busy and they needed to move people through quickly (even though that's still not an excuse) however there was only one other client in the shop. Quite disappointed- I won't be back.
