Hiring Neha and her team at SAWC Wedding planners was the best thing we did at our wedding. We got engaged in March and the wedding was planned for September so time was of the essence. We knew it was going to be a fairly large wedding covering five days and that we needed to get a good handle on our budget and to try and be smart about our spending. Initially we thought we could do it on our own but very quickly we realized that with our busy work schedules we wouldn’t have time to find all the vendors we needed nor would we have time to do all the online research. We decided to hire Neha and the complete package to handle all the details and vendors and we are so glad we did. She had a wealth of experience with all the recommended vendors. All we had to do was choose one from each handful that she recommended. Anytime we had an issue with anything, Neha took care of it. All the vendors we spoke to knew Neha right away and we knew we were on the right path. The week of wedding went absolutely flawlessly. Nothing was missed and nothing went wrong. Neha was always there for us and we never felt stressed at any point during the wedding planning or during the week of our wedding. This was the best money spent at our wedding and I would strongly recommend Neha and her team to anyone planning their wedding. You will not regret it one bit. Neha was the strong foundation that built up our fantastic wedding from the ground up to the glorious final days.

We had the most beautiful wedding admist COVID thanks to the SAWC team. As a very attentive to detail bride, Neha graciously listened to all my requests and made sure they were spot on the day of the wedding. Even prior to the wedding, she provided us with detailed guidelines and suggestions for our outdoor wedding . Her planning etiquette really helped us have the wedding of our dreams! We had a extremely tight timeline for our wedding and the day of the wedding we had no hiccups thanks to SAWC! Neha's positive nature amid all the chaos was so refreshing. She is caring, kind and respectful to not only the bride/groom but to all family and friends. Bisma and Henna were also great in coordinating the entire wedding, they stayed till the end of our wedding and even made sure we were fed! They both were so thoughtful towards us and all our guests. I was a stress free bride on my wedding day and it could not get better than that. My husband and I could not be happier with the service of Neha and her team. I would highly recommend SAWC Planners to all future bride and grooms!

Planning a wedding in two months with two ceremonies was quite complicated. However, we are very grateful to Neha who was a true professional. She was able to secure us vendors on limited notice, find creative solutions with shifting rules, and manage us (and our families) seamlessly. We couldn’t have pulled this off without Neha, and we highly recommend her if you are planning a wedding. The day of your wedding is stressful but Neha and her team took the stress away.

Impossible to put into words how positive our experience was with Neha, Meera, and Karishma. All three went above and beyond in the month-of planning process for our third attempt at a COVID-19-postponed wedding. Every detail big and small was given their full care and attention. We received so many kind words about all our events from friends and family, and that's due in large part to the efforts of the team at SAWC. They delivered everything we could have ever expected... and more. We couldn't have done it without them.

She has been planning this wedding for 3 years and yet it all changed 4 weeks prior to the wedding. Needless to say there has never been a dull moment. We've been to many weddings where the groom and bride are tired stressed, but for our wedding I feel everyone including us had a blast. Neha and her team constantly checking in on us, making sure we get rest, good food adequate time with all. All in all best experience ever. We hired Neha and her team at SAWC Planners to help coordinate our Mehndi & Sangeet Night, Wedding Day and Reception in the Summer of 2019. We had a fusion Hindu/Sikh ceremony on the same day followed one after the other. The Wedding day venue being Guild Inn Estate and Guild Inn Park made the setup and execution paramount. From the initial phone consultation, to the timeline meetings, to the venue visits, the big days and days following the events, Neha and her team worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done in accordance with our guidelines, timeline and wishes. They did so with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a warm smile to all our guests, family and vendors. As a couple we knew that we required a coordinator but this truly hit home during the weeks leading up to the big day as Neha was constantly on the phone with various Vendors making sure that the timelines for each day were clear, making any adjustments and providing her invaluable experience on potential or possible pitfalls during execution of the various events. For us Neha was a phone call away, no matter whether it was day or night to answer any questions and to take care of any last-minute things we overlooked. Neha and her team truly went over and beyond for us. Not only did she provide the reassurances that she had everything under control but we witnessed that first hand with her flawless execution. Our guests complimented us on how elegant and seamlessly the events flowed without any issues. Weddings are expensive, couples will certainly spend a significant amount on the venue, décor, entertainment, food, etc but will overlook the most critical part being the execution and how all of these all come together. This can only be done with the assistance of a coordinator/planner. Without a coordinator/planner you could honestly spend a significant amount without your guests noticing it or appreciating it; unless, everything flows on the big day. The only way to have that is to hire someone like Neha and her team who have more than a decade’s worth of experience. We certainly made a wise decision to hire Neha and her team and truly can’t thank them enough. They made the process less stressful for us, so that we could actually enjoy each and every event. They paid attention to the fine detail – they made a timeline for each day and stuck to it. They get it done – when it matters the most!
