Working with Vicky at Perfect Planners was a pleasure. She had great ideas, was organized and put together a wonderful backyard wedding ceremony and reception for us. She was patient, professional and worked really well under pressure. We were very happy to have chosen her plan our special day!!

Vicky with Perfect Planners is absolutely amazing! We hired Vicky and planned our entire wedding (October, 2021) in less than 3 months! Her help was essential as we had zero experience with wedding planning and little time to learn (due to our short timeline and finishing our PhDs). We were extremely overwhelmed by the whole process and navigating changing COVID guidelines, especially since COVID safety is a priority for us. Not only did Vicky take on the brunt of the planning work, she eased much of our stress, made sure the day would be right for us as well as our friends and family, and was very specific about what she was going to do and what she needed from us. Due to Vicky’s vendor recommendations, we were able to save thousands of dollars on the final cost of the wedding, including the cost of her full wedding management package. Vicky was also SUPER helpful by explaining the pros and cons of every decision, which helped us make very informed choices. For example, we decided not to hire a DJ and instead use Spotify -- she warned us that some things might not work out smoothly, but we decided we were okay with this. She was right of course, but that didn’t take anything away from the day for us. It was obvious that her vast experience in this industry helped her to cater the process and the wedding day to be exactly what we wanted. She was also there on the day with an assistant (Nicole) and took care of all of the behind-the-scenes work so that we could just enjoy the day without stressing about specifics. We would recommend Vicky & Perfect Planners to anyone in a heartbeat. She was exactly who we needed to get through the past 3 months, and we had an absolutely incredible wedding day!

We hired Vicky for the month of coordination package and I’m so glad that we did! Planning a wedding in only a few months during Covid wasn’t easy but Vicky provided us so many great vendor recommendations, always kept me on track with wedding planning and was a rockstar on the day of the wedding. Everything went off so smoothly and Vicky and her team made that happen. Vicky was an absolute legend in helping us plan our Covid wedding! After multiple different iterations trying to plan ourselves we decided to hire a planner and we are SO glad we did! She is so lovely, responsive, caring and we truly really enjoyed working with her. On our wedding day we didn't have a care in the world because Vicky took care of everything!!! I'm nearly a month removed from the "big day" and looking back on my 8 months of COVID wedding planning and execution of the wedding of my dreams I cannot recommend Vicky & Perfect Planner more. From helping us secure all the right vendors for our backyard dream wedding to helping me through the constant change of restrictions and replanning everything for a new staffed venue to accommodate government restrictions. She handled every curve COVID threw at us and was a voice of reason to help me through each vendor selection and detail. As a detail oriented, type-A person, she helped me take the pinterest vision, lists and details of things I wanted, and bring it together for an absolutely amazing day. When the week leading up to my wedding had full on thunderstorms for our day, we pulled out plan B: rain plan and she took all my phone calls to walk through the plan so I was totally comfortable & happy with it .... and when the sun came out with 3 hours to spare and we were able to execute plan A: outdoor orchard she made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can whole-heartedly say that Vicky was the best vendor I picked for my wedding because she made everything else fall into place and found me some amazing people to work with - and all with a bit of british humor :)

Vicky is amazing! My husband and I couldn't be more appreciative of her for everything she did for us. Not only did she ensure our wedding day was seamless and incredibly special but she supported us so professionally and thoughtfully as our plans were delayed and changed throughout the pandemic. Vicky would check in with us and would always make herself available for our questions and when we wanted to run multiple scenarios by her; her experience and friendship throughout our wedding planning was invaluable.
