I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day. They never arrived and no attempts were made to deliver them. I got a call at 10AM on Mother’s Day from a random person asking me if I am the florist because she received a flower order which included my phone number. The order also included my greeting card and other personal information. I spent the whole day calling and emailing the shop to try to get the error rectified because I really wanted my mother to receive her flowers. No answer to my email or phone calls, even though they were open. I tried calling again the next day and finally got through to them. They asked me if I wanted them to deliver the flowers that day (after Mother’s Day). I declined and requested a refund because of the lack of empathy that I felt towards the situation. I value reliability and customer service, and feel that I got neither on my first experience with 181 Florist. Overall, I feel that the least that this company could have in place is somebody available for customer service in case something goes wrong during deliveries.

I phoned in at 5:15pm with a last minute request for a very important bouquet that i wanted made for that night. Without hesitation the lovely lady at the shop put together the bouquet for me and had it ready before closing time (6pm). The bouquet was stunning and she even gave me a single matching rose to surprise my soon to be fiancé with before the bouquet and ring. 11/10 would recommend this shop, based on customer service alone, but the flowers are also stunning. Thank you so much and I will be back!

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered on the day (no indication on website or in confirmation e-mails that it could be delayed or might not be delivered due to volume of orders). They didn't deliver the order until 2 days later after multiple calls to the store. The store tried to refuse a refund but after insisting (and calling back multiple times more) they finally issued the refund. I tried to be understanding due to COVID and gave them chances to rectify the situation but they failed to do so in a timely manner, very poor customer service. I understand Mother's Day is a very busy occasion for flower shops, but don't take so many orders that you cannot fulfill them. I do not recommend ordering from this shop, especially online/out of town orders.

What a wonderful experience it is to shop here! The florist goes out of her way to make sure you are well served. The flowers are always fresh, and last for days. The owner is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing little touches that show she cares, such as sparkling embellishments in flowers. Would recommend this place for all your floral needs!

When ordering flowers from 181 florist, be aware they do not run their own website so the shipped product will probably look different than the picture. In my case, the colour was different, the vase was different and the size was different. Also, if you are not satisfied with the arrangement, they will only provide a replacement or a store credit, not a refund. My bouquet cost $140 ($109 for the flowers plus tax and delivery)

If I could give this place less than one star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. EVER. They do not care about their customers, the people that order from them, or the people that are being gifted their arrangements. We ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day and they did not even deliver on the day that we asked for and that they took on! I completely understand it’s a busy weekend but if we would’ve known they couldn’t fulfill orders we would’ve gone elsewhere. We tried calling numerous times the following day, there was no answer and there voicemail box was full. They don’t even notify you to tell you where you order is or why it didn’t get delivered to you. It got to the point my mom (who is supposed to be the recipient of these flowers) called and had to get involved, making something that was supposed to be so special, so bitter. The lady had no remorse - saying that it was busy and that they actually ran out of flowers and that they never fulfill their Mother’s Day orders because it’s just “too much”. Yet their website is advertising next day shipping still to this day and orders from Sunday still haven’t even gone through!! Not to mention they charge $18 for shipping when we live 15 minutes away (I’m fine with paying for the shipping but if you’re not going to deliver on the day you say you will, then you shouldn’t be charging such a high premium). I completely understand it’s Mother’s Day and is busy, but they should not continue to take on orders and take peoples money if they cannot fulfill them! And if they do take them on, at least have the courtesy to let them know why the order hasn’t been delivered or where it is! We shouldn’t have been the one having to call them or chase them down!!! If they ran out of flowers or couldn’t fulfill orders then they should have let us know. I was blown away by the lack of remorse from the lady on the phone as people utilize her services to bring joy to others and if they can’t deliver then they should say that or not continue to take on orders, as we would’ve made other arrangements and taken our business elsewhere. After my mom demanded a refund, the flowers coincidently showed up not too long after we called. If they don’t run their website then they probably should figure it out. If you look at reviews people have been saying this for years and nothing has changed. They continue to get away with this without making any changes or taking any accountability for their actions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. TRUST ME. You will be nothing but disappointed and something that’s meant to be so special, is completely taken away from you. Do not order from them or support this business.

Beautiful flowers! I love the addition of the jewels! I’ve never had a florist add jewels to my bouquet before. These were such a lovely gift ?
