This business follows Covid-19 procedures, and makes me feel comfortable visiting during the pandemic. My appointment started on time, which I also appreciated.

Three members of our family have been to this office for various reasons over the past couple of years and all treatment as been helpful and appropriate. Roxanne has been particularly wonderful to me recently- I highly recommend the services provided at Healthy Balance.

She is very compassionate and explains everything in detail and in ways that you can understand. The other staff at the office are courteous and professional. I will continue to see Stephanie as long as I can.

Jill is kind, compassionate, understanding and professional. I felt at home as soon as we began our session. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes great pride in her skill. I would highly recommend her and the clinic. I travel an hour to see her… it’s worth the drive!

Both Lisa and Stephanie are amazing and I would highly recommend Healthy Balance to anyone who needs these services. Everyone is extremely friendly and you feel welcome each time you go. 5 stars all the way!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Amanda today was excellent, she was great at assessing my injury and providing a comprehensive treatment plan.
The online booking system was easy to navigate and very convenient, I was looking for a physiotherapist on Sunday night and was able to book an appointment for the next day without any hassle, I was able to select from different time slots the one that best suit my schedule.
Friendly staff, punctual, good location, plenty of parking.

Jill, my pelvic physiotherapist is fantastic and has helped me through my journey of stage 4 endometriosis and infertility, as well as my post-op bladder and bowel needs.
