I have been staying in the area for about a year now and trying to coordinate care of my 14 year old dog between the old vet and Sauble Pet Hospital to minimize travel due to COVID and the age of my dog. The first interaction was great and they saved my dog and I a lot of unnecessary stress by running some tests here. Unfortunately yesterday's experience was not as good. I called to come in over a few issues that were likely to lead to a decision to euthanize my dog but they refused to help me or even listen to my concerns as I was not an existing patient and they are not taking new patients. My file from the previous visit could not be found and this all felt like it was coming from judging out of town people for being here during lockdown (even though I have been here for a year). I was told to contact my old vet and that was that. The end result is I had to take a 14 year old dog that was in distress to an after hours emergency clinic in Guelph to be euthanized. Poor dog whimpered and yelped about every 20 minutes or so on the drive and was very stressed when we arrived. 1 star is generous but it is my only option.
D	Daniel Semenuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience thus far. My dog has din having ear issues for over a year. We have bin going to another vet. 2 visits and thay are better then thay ever have bin. 1 would give 5☆, but $. You do get what you pay for.

They tried to contact our family veterinarian but couldn't reach them, so they made us an appointment and saw our dog. The Veterinarian came out and explained everything to us after. What great team thank you very much in our time of need.
